Usually, an estate sale is an entire home sale, which can be due to the passing of a loved one, downsizing, moving, or a life change. Before signing up for our Estate Sale Consulting Service, we want to make sure you have enough items for sale. 

For our Estate Sale Consulting Service, we come out to your home and do a home walk through, go through the process of preparing for,running, and the aftermath of an estate sale.

Depending on the size of the home, you can imagine that a tour can take some time. We ask that you show us part of the home where you are going to have the sale. This will help us evaluate any recommendations we have for your home specifically. 

The Estate Sales Consulting includes:

•  Transportation to and from your home from our home base location in Napanoch, NY. 

• A two hour consultation timeframe (Can add on additional hours for a per hour fee)

• Our many years experience on "all things" estate sales.

•  Copyrighted written AGS resources for you to keep and refer to as you navigate your estate sale.

• A.G.S. can help locate higher end items for your sale or to consign with AGS separately.

• (For an additional fee) A.G.S. will send out an email blast to our many customers and will put it on our website as 'Friends of A.G.S. Estate Sale' the Monday before your estate sale.

Payment is due at the start of the consultation. We accept cash, check, or credit card. If we accept a credit card, there is a 3.5% additional fee. We would be happy to provide a receipt.
