Commission
First consultation is free! We work completely on commission. We only make money if you make money, so that motivates us!
60%: Estate Sale Client
40%: For AGS Estate Liquidators commission
We remain competitive with our commission even as others have raised theirs.
Consign Higher Ticket Items
If you provide us a high ticket item that sells for over $1,000, instead of the 50% commission breakdown, we will provide you an additional 10% for the item. This will be itemized on the statement at the end of the sale.
Estate Sale Service Area
We service mostly Ulster county, Western Dutchess, Eastern Sullivan county, and Northern Orange county.
